Preparing to launch in Metro Manila

Affordable generic medicines.
Closer to home.

Medicine should be within reach. MedFast is preparing a pharmacy service built around affordable generics, pharmacist guidance, and easier access for Filipino families.

03 Access beyond the city

Our approach

Everyday medicines.
Professional care.

Our planned range puts generic prescription and maintenance medicines first, alongside over-the-counter essentials. A clear ordering process will help you understand your options before you pay.

  1. 01 / Request

    Tell us what you need.

Find a medicine by its generic name or submit a prescription when ordering becomes available.

  2. 02 / Review

    Speak with a pharmacist.

Prescription review and guidance on appropriate medicine options will come before dispensing.

  3. 03 / Confirm

Know the cost and next step.

Confirm availability, the total price, and delivery or pickup arrangements before completing your order.

Designed for patients and caregivers. Our ordering process will support family members arranging care and verification of eligible senior citizen and PWD benefits.

Our planned services

One mission.
Three ways to reach you.

We plan to start with online ordering and delivery, then work with local partners to bring medicines closer to underserved communities.

The next mile

Care should reach
across the water.

For island communities, the journey to a pharmacy can be as difficult as the cost of the medicine itself.

With Barang.AI, we’re exploring compact solar-assisted boats that carry prepared medicine parcels to a local pickup partner. A PIN-secured cargo compartment is part of the prototype design.

The truck and boat images illustrate proposed designs. Community services remain subject to pilot testing and required approvals.

Before we open

A few things
to know.

We’ll share confirmed launch dates, prices, and coverage as the service takes shape.

Can I order medicines now?

Not yet. MedFast is preparing to launch. You can email us for launch updates; medicine ordering and payment are not available on this page.

Will I need a prescription?

Prescription medicines will require a valid prescription and pharmacist review before dispensing. Our planned range also includes over-the-counter essentials.

Where will MedFast be available?

Online delivery is planned to begin in Metro Manila. Mobile pharmacy routes and island pickup are later phases; the trucks and boats shown here are concepts, not an operating fleet. Coverage, fees, and schedules will be confirmed before each service opens.

Can I use PhilHealth GAMOT at MedFast?

MedFast intends to seek participation in PhilHealth GAMOT. We are not announcing GAMOT accreditation or redemption at this stage. Availability will depend on accreditation and the program’s requirements.

Can I order for a parent or family member?

Caregiver ordering is part of the planned service. The patient’s prescription and any required authorization or eligibility documents will be linked to their order, including verification for applicable senior citizen or PWD benefits.
